Misleading color, bad taste.
Loved the packaging & the color of the plum/merlot on the box, but it is actually brown in the tube and there is a distinct chemical flavor when wearing it. Do not recommend.

The Plum Merlot color does not match the packaging or the color depicted here. It’s actually a warm, very brown red, which is not what I wanted. Warm colors don’t work on me, so it was a complete waste of money.

Very pigmented lip oil
I'm black and my lips are the same shade as my skin if not a little darker and this stuff right here is very pigmented and can easily be seen on my lips. I got it in the darkest shade of red as I could and it looks amazing on me. My husband always compliments me whenever I'm wearing it. It's also moisturizing and the color lasts me for most of the day with at the bare minimum one or two touch ups. I especially love that it's a lip oil and not a lipstick. Highly recommend. I own two right now and another one by the brand elf. The elf one doesnt come close to being as pigmented as this brands.

Strange texture, but pretty if you work with it
Sticky and difficult to get an even coat unless rub it in thoroughly with my finger or apply a TON. The plum is much more a brown color. Once I can get it on, though it looks beautiful and fades naturally over a few hours.

why is it brown
I bought the plum/merlot color and as soon as I took it out of the box I wondered why it just looks like a rusty brown. Maybe it will be better on I thought. Nope still looks brown. I would NEVER wear brown lip color. What am I supposed to do with this??? Do better with your color description.

I tried Provence Beauty tinted glace and it so so soft and smoothing. I don't have to reapply as often as other lip products. The shade stays on for hours and it's not sticky, it's smooth. Makes my lips feel soft. I highly recommend!!
