Interesting Plot
An interesting plot, Isabelle Morris buried her husband 10 years ago so why does Drake Shaw look just like him? Isabelle and her daughter Kelsey go to Mercy, TX to hide while waiting for her to testify against a former boss for embezzlement. Someone is trying to kill her before she can testify and Drake is the officer who saves her but the threats continue. A very fast paced mystery as to who is trying to kill her along with the mystery of who Drake Shaw really is. Once you're pulled into the story you can't quit until it's finished. Has a strong faith element along with mystery, suspense, and romance.

Testifying = danger or death?
God brought them to Mercy so they could be protected - but it seemed they weren’t safe there either! This story grabs your attention and keeps you holding your breath at times, wondering how it is that someone always seems to be one step ahead of them and ready to abduct and kill if possible. Using amnesia, second chances and more the author has made this narrative another keeper. I never would have guessed who was really behind all these dangers.
