Careful!

Well, the bike tire says to inflate to 40psi, which seemed high, but I followed what is labeled on the tire. The moment my tiny 5 year old sat on the bike the tire exploded. Awful experience and now the poor thing is terrified.

Cute bike, tire issues

The bike itself is very cute and easy to put together. I have one tire that immediately went flat and will not hold air (after blowing up 3x. That was pretty disappointing Christmas morning. I would have a tire kit ready!

Poor quality and manufacturer customer support

I ordered two of these bikes for my children as Christmas gifts. Upon assembling both bikes, it is evident both bikes have bent front wheels. One of the wheels is bent so much that the brake does not function—a serious safety issue. I contacted the manufacturer via email—the prescribed mechanism for handling defective parts per the poorly translated manual— and received a response that I should handle any issues with target, not them. Overall very dissatisfied with the quality and the manufacturer’s customer service. Other minor nits: the manual is a poor translation from Chinese, and omits key steps related to connecting the brake handle to the caliper, although anyone that has assembled a kid’s bike before should be able to figure it out.

Flat tires

This bike seems to be great for a new rider. We went without the training wheels from the start but only three stars because we’ve had problems with the wheels losing air. We just left the bike shop where I had to purchase a new tire and the bike is only been ridden a handful of times.
