Material is just thicker - like a sweatshirt. The blue is just a darling color on my blue eyed baby girl! She is about to 9 months, wearing 9 months clothing. She's about 16 pounds and the 6-12 months size fits her appropriately. Love the pleats on the dress - so cute!
