Great pills
I take 2 after dinner to help me with occasional insomnia. It works and i like soft gels because they are easy to swallow

Just started taking your collagen. Switched tbc I was tired of mixing powder in coffee and not loving the taste. I’ve been taking the ashwagandha and Mg glycinate for a while and love both! Def recommend!
