Very good quality cotton rounds!

Gotta say, I was not a fan of the wood particles recently included embedded within the fibers of my premium cotton round. I guess now we know they’re made from shredded wood, not premium cotton. Will not be buying this brand again. Scary for something I use on my eyes.

Not as premium as the other national brand. These are very thin, if you’re used to the other brand that’s soft and thick. Debating if worth it to return

I have purchased this item several times previously. The quality is superior to some items I have used previously. I think these are gentler than others.

Excellent cotton pads at a great deal! Dont break apart like other cotton pads which I really appreciate.

Not much different than the regular rounds. I had several that weren’t stitched and the quality wasn’t much better to justify paying a higher price, because it’s labeled premium.

Garbage. I have bought these premium cotton rounds for years. Last time I bought them (Nov 2025) they have changed significantly. They are about half the thickness of what they used to be and the “quilting” is completely different. They either put the basic rounds in the premium package or they are trying to dupe all of us with this change in the product. I know times are “tough” at Target but seriously these are $2.49 cotton pads. Do better Target. I’ve noted that another recent reviewer identified the same problem so hopefully this will get addressed.

Just repurchased these. Normally bought the regular style but opted for the premium and don’t plan to go back. It’s got two different sides allowing you to use it for different things

The quality of this product has changed in the last six months. They are not “premium”. These rounds leave strands of cotton everywhere and pull apart easily like a regular cotton ball.

Great makeup remover pads. Soft enough but strong enough not to fall apart.

These are a good size and durable. They do not fall apart when they are moist. They are also very soft and absorbent. No need to purchase anything more expensive.

Horrible product! The cotton pills onto your skin when using. Totally pointless for skincare

Unfortunately the quality has significantly decreased. These are not “premium”. They are extremely thin and scratchy. I do not recommend these for makeup removal, especially for those with sensitive skin. These used to be more plush, I’m disappointed.

The best cotton rounds. I use these twice a day with my glycolic acid. Many other brands fall apart or leave cotton residue and these do not.

way to ruin these target. Why cheapen the product and make it worse when it was perfectly fine before. If you’re going to cut the product in literal half at least cut the price in half aswell. These are complete trash now and should not be labeled as premium! It’s not premium quality.
