Delicious! The Good & Gather Turkey Breast I cooked tonight was fantastic. It was tender & juicy with wonderful flavor. No weird tastes like Publix brand or Butterball. I cooked it in coccette using America's Test Kitchen recipe and was so simple. If Turkey Breast was available year round it'd be a staple in our home. Great job Target!!

Strange flavor
I put celery and onion in Dutch oven, placed 8.81 lb breast on top of vegetables and cooked in 350 degree oven 2 hours and breast was tender and juicy but had a strange taste as if it was old or had been frozen a long time. Gravy pack was a bag of water. I don’t recommend

Some of the people writing these reviews must be imbeciles. It is the BREAST ONLY. I've been buying this for 10yrs and never disappointed. Try using a cooking bag. And you can add more water and thickener to the gravy starter to compensate for the salt.

This Turkey thawed in a decent time, had a good size area for the stuffing, it was juicy, and perfect! I personally don’t eat turkey, but made this for our family Thanksgiving meal and everyone loved it.
