Fraud
I purchased this as it was supposed to have been on sale with fragrances 40% off. Not only did I get charged full price, but they sent me a different product!!! It was not the spray perfume as depicted, it was a travel version you can buy at Ulta for $35. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do as it was a 3rd party product. Well Target, if you can’t stand behind what you sell, maybe it shouldn’t be sold via your store or website. I’m out over $54

Zero Stars if i could
Target will not refund or exchange these items because they are being sold by a fraudulent third-party seller. Buyer beware! Don’t buy these items because they are smaller than the description and photo and extremely overpriced. You can get a better deal on any other site selling fragrances. The customer service rep, instead of offering an exchange or refund , suggested that I resell it on Facebook. Disgusting behavior, but honestly not surprising. This company has been declining in quality all year!
