Q: What is the dimension when measured from the pole (at the bottom), to the where the light bulb is? I need to know how far from the stand the light extends.

    Love it!

    Beautiful lamp, love it! The fixture is larger than expected, which is great, very sturdy and high quality! The lamp and shade arrived practically overnight it was so quick! The lamp was well-packaged and easy to assemble while the shade arrived separately and assembled. I am 100% pleased with this purchase and highly recommend!

    Very sturdy but disappointed that lampshade is made out of paper. Certainly not worth the price. Could have found something very similar at a hardware store for much less money.

    Looks and works great. Gets lots of compliments. Adds a nice soft arc effect to a very linear room. Would have liked a dimming option. Purchased a dimmer that works between the lamp plug and the outlet, but dimmer only worked for a couple weeks. Maybe incompatible? Or defective?

    Defective design.

    2 stars for style but the swing arm will not attach, the bolt provided is not long enough and will not hold the arm and shade in place. This will need to be returned as it is unusable.

    contemporary look and works well

    Got a lot of compliments on this lamp. I wish it had a little more adjustability. Also wish it had the option to emit more brightness. Otherwise, it has been a great lamp.

    This lamp is great

    This lamp is great. It looks great over one end of my couch and gives off a lot of light. It has made reading so much more enjoyable. It was easy to put together and the bulb works perfect.

    Swing arm lamp

    I love my new lamp! It makes the room look so much more open and light. It was great getting rid of a heavy table lamp. I really like that this lamp can be adjusted up and down.

    Leveled Up Our Living Room

    I'm usually the bargain hunter. I tend to sacrifice style for price. Not quality just style. I kept coming back to this lamp because I just loved it. And I decided to get something I loved. So I bought the Possini Arched lamp and I'm so glad I did! Of course now we need to redo the entire living room but it was worth it. Very stylish. Nice and sturdy (we had cheap lamps before that kept getting knocked and the shades would get skewed. Our cat loves it and thinks it's his new sun lamp.

    Perfect lamp.

    It’s a beautiful lamp larger than I expected but perfect proportions. The base is heavy so it’s not easy to move around, but once in the right spot no worries about it tipping over or getting knocked down. It comes with a convenient step on/off floor button. Very satisfied with my purchase.

    Attractive but poorly constructed

    The lamp itself is very attractive with a nice shape; however the mechanism that holds the shade at various heights is very cheaply made and poorly designed.
