I purchased my beautiful lamp OCT 2021. For the past month both pull chains have been fading! Not acceptable. I am in a single person household and ONY turn on the light after it gets dark it is "a window light" so there is no excuse for the pull chains to stop working one after another. Is there a way for Lamps Plus to send someone out to check the lamp out? or send a replacement? I am no electrician but a quick Google search mentioned the possible cause might be either a pull chain replacement or replacing the sockets or the pull chains are just twisted. Either way I would like for Lamps Plus to make good and take charge:).

We love our beautiful brass floor lamp with lovely white shade! The quality is great and I saw a similar lamp in a store with a much higher price!!!

We bought a pair of these lamps in the spring of 2019 - love the look of both the base and shade as well as the double bulb option. However, 3 of the 4 pull chains have failed so we haven't been using the lamps for the past few months - extremely disappointing!! The first chain failed after just 7 months of use. We are a two adult household and the lamps are not used regularly, especially during months of lengthened daylight, so usage is low. A more robust pull chain/bulb socket is definitely needed, these are obviously not well made - this shouldn't happen in such a short time!! Are free replacements available thru Lamps Plus??

Nice lamp but pull chains failed after a few years. Not a quality product for the money.

While I like the design of the lamp and the shade is nice, the quality of the brass is subpar. When I removed the lamp from the packaging, I really liked it. It wasn't until after I threw out the packaging, I noticed the color of the brass between the top portion of the lamp and lower portion of the lamp do not even match. One is considerably darker than the other. I plan to donate the lamp and buy a new lamp of better quality. This lamp was very disappointing. I wish I would have noticed the issue before I threw out the packaging.

I was so excited when I received this floor lamp because it received so many good reviews. However, just after less than two years of use, I noted chips on the pole, which is the metal part of the lamp. It was no longer gold in those areas and because those areas lost the protection/the coating, they started to rust. Buyer be aware, as usually we don't pay close attention to the bottom part of the lamp (the pole and the base).

I have had this lamp for seven months. I was so pleased with it. It looked like very good quality. I don't often buy items on line, this is why. Started making a high pitch noise and quit working. Very disappointed.

This floor lamp has a pleasant patina that is not too shiny. Its shade is nicely proportioned with the stand. It has two separate light switches that are nice for changing from high lighting to lower lighting. It is a tad bit shorter than some floor lamps, but adding a couple of felt pads to the feet bring it up. I have it in my bedroom and I like the soft and feminine feel that it brings to the room.

sturdy, nice, easy to assemble

We received our floor lamp & my husband put it together only to find that the metal pieces were two different colors. It was very noticeable. He had to dismantle it to return it. Hopefully the replacement lamp will be okay.

After just two years, the pull chains on this lamp failed to “pull,” making this lamp inoperable.

Beautiful lamps. The gold is subtle and classy looking.
