    To hard to clean/replace bulbs

    Impossible to keep clean. The open design means the glass gets full of dust and dead bugs. Removing the glass to replace bulbs or clean is very difficult. The removal screw is tucked between supports - imagine being in a ladder trying to undo these?. Additionally the hanging mechanism is wobbly and fiddly. Glass became discolored obscuring light. After ten years you'd think it would last longer? needs redesign. Would NOT recommend

    Love the lines.

    I ended up returning it because of a design issue on my end, but it was hard to part with because it is such a pretty light. It appeared to be very well made, and I love the lines. Almost deco but could go with almost anything. The finish is almost black and would work with black hardware - not too shiny, but has a little luster to it. The bowl is very white but softens when a warm toned light shines through it. Very simple, classy light.

    great looking lamp for bedrooms

    Great looking lamp. Exactly as pictured. Very happy with the look. It does have couple of seconds delay from turning switch on to lamp turning on.

    Stylish, modern, with hints of art deco

    Well-designed and well-constructed ceiling light. It's modern, yet fits well in a room with early twentieth century furniture. I chose the bronze fittings, as I didn't want shiny metal, but can imagine using the gold in a more elegant setting.

    Love this Ceiling Light!

    I purchased this ceiling light to replace the fan/light in my husband's office. The difference in the aesthetics is amazing. But the difference in the lighting is most amazing. Instead of a harsh down-light from the ceiling fan light, a warm light now spreads across the ceiling. It's amazing how a ceiling light can transform a room.
