wrong instructions

instructions sent was not for this light. does not give instructions on how to adjust length of lights also seems to be special tool to loosen screw that does release the cord to adjust lights

Love, love, LOVE this chandelier in my 17' high entry

Pro: Happy to discover that it actually included more than 9' length of wire (advertised as 8 1/4' (100")). Cons: There were no instructions or tool included to extend the length! The glass balls all appear to have a hazy film which i couldn't clean off (the good thing is, mine is hanging high so you don't notice). I felt the 60 watt bulbs were overpowering and i reduced to 40w.

Beautiful, but a little difficult

This light looks amazing. The only issue is, the globes are very difficult to install as the ceramic thread is not threaded properly. Very tricky.
