Excellent!!

Absolutely Excellent Roasters! They know their beans! I'm anxious for Target to get in more choices from Portland coffee roasters. I've only tried two kinds so far, but I have been happy with both of them. I've been a coffee drinker for over 45 years. I am extremely sensitive to chemicals, acidic coffee, and just fussy when it comes to the taste of my coffee whether it is hot or cold. This company definitely knows their stuff! IF you drink your first cup of coffee hot and then get to the bottom of the pot couple of hours later and it's cold and it still tastes just as good as that first cup, you know you have an excellent coffee roasting company.
