It is easily adjustable and there is an extra thick cushion on the ear piece meaning you could wear it all day. There is a control panel part way down the wire to control the volume and more importantly to be able to mute yourself which proved very handy so I wasn’t having to mess about on my laptop screen. It was easily set up with good instructions included and the clarity was perfect. A great headset essential for all workers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these headphones for Teams meetings. I'm a governor at my local school and many of our meetings are online. The headphones fit OK although only one side of the headband is adjustable. With the headset adjusted it still feels a little lopsided but they're comfortable to wear and lightweight. The cushioned earpiece gives a cushioned fit on my ear and this gives a clear sound output without losing it to external noises. I like that it came with both USB B and C connections so I'm able to use this headset on my PC and my phone. The wire is long enough and feels strong. The volume up and down button on wire works well, and the handy mute button is always a blessing when you want to say what you really want to say but you're not allowed to in public! I can't get the Teams button to work but don't really see me needing it. The headset is good value, with great sound and clarity. It has useful connections and they're comfortable to wear.

The separate controls are really helpful for muting/volume without obviously doing it. The quality is good and everyone can always hear me. Makes me feel a bit like Britney Spears!

You couldn’t tell you were sitting in a busy cafe. It’s not the most comfortable for long periods of time however for meetings it is good.very comfortable.

The sound quality is excellent and crystal clear which was a very important factor for me. They are great for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls. The toggle on the lead is particularly useful to quickly accept, end and mute calls. With it being a poly headphone, I have only used these for meetings which can vary between half an hour to 2 hours. Of which I find are still very comfortable to use. I’m unsure how comfortable these would be if I kept these on all day.
