Wrong specs and frustrating return experience
Will be returning after wasting 8+ hours in unboxing & assembly to realize that dimensions stated are incorrect. The overall dimensions mentioned are incorrect in both specifications and images. The length is more than 127 inches and not 94.5 inches. Did escalated to target and vendor customer care to get dismantling help and pick up service, but was not satisfied with the overall support. Target and selling partners must revise or improve customer support practices for return of such large 350+ lbs items when they issue is at their end. Not happy to spend another 6+ hours in dismantling and re-boxing to complete return of this not-so-useful furniture in my kids bedroom on our second floor. Still hoping to get target home pick up service for return of this 350+ lbs furniture. Kids were excited for this as Christmas gift. Very frustrating experience.
