I was skeptical at first because overnight protection often feels bulky or just overkill. But these hit the sweet spot. First thing I noticed comfort they’re thicker than regular liners for sure, but they don’t feel like I was wearing a mattress pad, the material, soft and pretty breathable which made it easier to fall asleep without constantly adjusting. Absorbency was legit poise rate these at eight drops and for me that translated to full night piece of mind. I stayed dry and didn’t wake up worrying about liquid leakage or the telltale damp feeling. Even when I moved around in my sleep, they stayed put and didn’t bunch up. The adhesive is strong without being annoying to remove and I didn’t have any issues with irritation. I have sensitive skin and these didn’t leave redness or itchiness, which was a pleasant surprise. If there’s a downside, it’s that the pads are on the thicker side. If you’re sensitive to bulk at night, it might take a night or two to adjust but honestly for the protection you get I’m fine with a little extra cushion. Who I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a serious overnight protection whether that’s heavier, bladder leaks or just wanting confidence that you won’t wake up to surprises. They’re not the cheapest option, but they do what they say. Final thought, reliable comfortable and honestly better than a lot of overnight pads I’ve tried. I’ve used poise products before and have always liked them, these were no exception. Even for their very large size (my hand included for reference) these pads were comfortable and they had a soft texture which helped them not be uncomfortable even with long wear.

Pretty discreet, so it wasn’t obvious that I was wearing one. Didn’t bother or irritate my lady area, just a little thick which can be a bit too much for some.

They are comfortable to wear and don’t feel very bulky. They are a great length for protection and has side leak protection in the middle. They also help with trapping odors. I have a bed bound mother I take care of and we use these during the day to let her skin breathe from the diapers she also uses. The are lightweight and thinner than others. They are super long which helps from accidents happening. They are not bulky not scented and great on her skin when she is irritated.

It is a little bit thick and can get bunched up in your underwear. But if you’re worried about it being seamless, it’s really not as bad as I thought it would be because of its thickness. I put it on on my underwear and once I put pants on, you, couldn’t even tell I was wearing anything. It’s really good it does the job. But it did bunch up a little bit in my underwear, which made it slightly uncomfortable, but it really wasn’t bad
