[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plus one restful sleep spray is in my consideration a great product for people with restless issues. In my first use I can certainly said works phenomenal per instructions you should use several sprays in different parts of your body I just used two sprays in my wrist to smell and try the product and help to sleep really quick and had restorative sleep during all night. Something I live it has magnesium that assist with muscles relaxation and anxiety, ashwagandha that helps with stress and lavender that is wonderful for relaxation and sleep. This spray doesn’t leave any greasy or hard residues in your skin and has a delicate calming essence. I totally recommend it

Calming smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plusOne restful sleep spray smells of lavender and is extremely calming, however, I do not believe it helped me sleep. I was able to relax, but my sleep was hit or miss. One night I was up 7 times and the next I slept 6 hours straight and only got up 1 time. Unfortunately I have yet to find a sleep aid that works for me.

Smells good

Definitely Give it a Try!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way this spray smells and it's a quick way to add a calming and relaxing step to your nightly routine. As far as its effectiveness, I hadn't noticed a difference in my actual sleep, but I did l feel a little calmer with using the spray vs. not before setting into bed. The cost is doable as well! I think I'd rather a finer mist for a product like this! I also suggest adding socks as it does have a slight sticky feel.

Great scent

Great relaxing smell.

Relaxing spray

Therefore, when I feel a little wound up due to stress or tension, the Restful Sleep Spray is a great option for me. I love the vibrant smell of lavender in the spray. It massages in easily and is like instant relaxation when you breathe it in. It’s not sticky or unpleasant in texture, and the scent gradually fades overnight. I really enjoy using this spray 2-3 times a week.

Natural sleep aid

The ritual of spraying and massaging is itself a positive bedtime cue. I noticed that on nights when I used it (body + feet) and combined it with good sleep habits (dim lights, no screen time, consistent bedtime), I felt a slightly faster sense of winding down, easier muscle relaxation, and fewer restless wake-ups. The scent was mild but pleasant. Highly recommended!!

Pleasing and relaxing scent

Highly recommend for a good nights sleep!

I have to say, I absolutely love this stuff and the effectiveness of it is like no other. The ingredients are clean and hold no melatonin, which currently fits our families needs. The scent is not over powering yet super effective! It puts you calmly to sleep while helping to release any stress you may be holding. The times I have used this spray, I have noticed I wake up refreshed and less stressed! I would highly recommend this product to those needing something to help them calm down and get a good nights sleep. It does have a chilling and cooling feeling where I sprayed it at first then it quickly goes away. It allows you to cool down and calm down. Just letting those know who might have sensory issues. This way you are not surprised. It’s nothing major just an almost calming tingling feeling that it gives to where you spray it. Personally it allowed me reset my mind and be able to fall sleep peacefully!

Light smell

Rest Assured
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This restful sleep spray actually helps me relax and fall asleep! I was skeptical at first because of so many gimmicky products out here, but this really isn't one of them. It has good, familiar, natural ingredients with no melatonin, so you can be rest assured that this has nothing in it that would be harmful or habit forming. All it takes is 4-5 sprays onto any part of your body, especially feet. It has a pleasant smell of lavender that disapates rather quickly and is calming while it lasts. It's quick absorbing but does leave a dry residue on the skin that I'm not too fond of but I can look past that due to how well it works.

Ingredients, scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the simple packaging and globally sourced ingredients. I was surprised the stay has a very faint not too strong lavender scent. I did try this at night for about 2 weeks but, honestly I’m not sure it helped with sleep, I will admit I was feeling cold every time I sprayed the bottoms of my feet, I had to put socks on afterwards. But overall these ingredients seem like they would work on others, but not for me. I was appreciative to had been able to try this spray before deciding to buy it, thank you Influenster.
