I started diffusing this in

I started diffusing this in my 3 year old's room this past week and I have to say we see such a difference with her sleeping patterns. She would previously wake up several times a night and now she is sleeping through the night or at the worst waking up briefly and we can get her back to sleep quicker. Finally the answer to this tired mom's problems!
