Table scratches and dents so easily!

Table arrived dented and scratched all over. We are in disbelief. I reached out to the company to request a replacement and no one has gotten back to us. This table damages so easily. All it takes is writing on a piece of paper for scratches to show up on the wood. We purchased an expensive glass table top to try to remedy the situation and the wood is so warped, the glass won't sit flat on the table top. There are large gaps, meaning there is no way to secure the glass to the table. I am at a loss. Highly disappointed!

Gorgeous table which was easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous table which was easy to assemble. Excellent quality for the price too - this was an absolute steal in the Black Friday sale. I bought the matching upholstered dining chairs. Glad I chose Pecan - I was torn between Blonde and Pecan but I think blonde would have been too light for the look I was going for. I will definitely be recommending Plank and Beam to my friends and family for stylish, high quality furniture at reasonable prices.

It originally fit perfectly. So a little disappointing to see that doesn’t look very professional now.

This is a beautiful table. It was pretty easy for me to put it together myself. The top comes in two pieces and the gap on one side is a little too far apart they don’t. The two pieces should join better so that the crack is not as large as it is and one of the legs when I was putting it together was missing the inner metal part so I was unable to put the screw in the hole was not there other than that it’s a beautiful table. My mom would’ve sent it back, but it’s too much of a hassle for those two things. I’ll just live with it.

Terrible experience

Both of the parts of the table top arrived cracked. Waited 3 weeks for the replacement part with little communication. When it finally arrived they only sent one half of the table top. Terrible experience

Great value great product.

Great product overall, solid wood, and fairly easy assembly. It looks very expensive for a price tag that isn't outrageous. My only complaint is that the top piece is shipped in 2 halves giving the table a crack down the middle once put together. However, I put placemats to disguise the crack as seen in my photo. Otherwise it is a great buy, and I highly recommend.

Dining Table Success

The table is perfect for our needs and is both functional and beautiful in our dining area. We went with the pecan finish. We had one small issue upon delivery and the customer service team was very responsive and is issuing us a replacement part. It was our first Plank & Beam purchase. This table seems well suited to meet our needs for many years to come. There are many choices when it comes to purchasing furniture, so far we are very happy we went with Plank & Beam.
