The item came on time. The drawer itself is really nice, very classy. Easy to assemble but it is missing one handle. I contacted Plank+Beam and they responded quickly. They send me the missing handle the next day. Very satisfied with my purchase with them

Assembly is a bit involved but nothing crazy. There is a good amount of solid wood here, but the pine used is very soft. There were also some visible dings and scratches on the veneer upon arrival. There are some minor, superficial alignment issues with gaps, and the drawers are kinda wobbly. That being said, pretty sturdy and big dresser for under $500.

- Website/Communication/Delivery: I think the website was easy to navigate/use. Once I placed my order I received timely and appropriate emails throughout the process, but wasn't pelted with unnecessary emails. Delivery was on time. - Unpacking/Assembly: Everything came in one box, and that box was HEAVY. I think they did an excellent job of packing the parts and materials to protect them during the shipping process. I checked each piece prior to starting the assembly, and everything looked great - although I was short one of the small washers for one of the bolts on the legs. Not a huge deal at all. The assembly was pretty straightforward. The back of the dresser connects really easily into the sides. I will say it was quite time consuming given you have to put together each of the six drawers - a lot of screwing in by hand. But I did it by myself and overall it wasn't too difficult - took a few hours. - Appearance: I chose this design because it was simple - no frills. I was really happy that they had the pecan option - I felt for the room that the natural would have been too light and the walnut much to dark. While I am happy with the pecan finish, and feel that it does closely resemble what is in the pictures on the website, I think I should have tried the natural to keep the furniture in the room lighter. But that is on me, and not on P+B. - Quality/Durability: I thought since the box it came in was so heavy that this was going to be a very sturdy piece. Once assembled, it seems sturdy enough, but i don't think it is going to be a long-term piece. Pros: the drawers themselves feel very sturdy; there is a support plank under each of the drawers to add extra support; the back of the dresser is thick manufactured wood, no problems there; I do think that the top/sides/drawer faces are solid wood. Cons: the rollers make the piece feel cheaply made. Although made of wood, the top/sides/drawer faces are pretty thin, making the entire thing feel a bit less sturdy. - Overall experience with P+B was solid. Would I buy this particular piece again? Maybe. For the price I think it is great. As a more sturdy/robust option, probably not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nightmare experience- don’t bother. Came damaged, color was horrible and yellow with a big red spot and dealing with costumer service was not good. They want you to pay for shipping back on their damaged products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The walnut finish is much more gray than pictured. Also, good luck getting help if your order arrives imperfect. Both items I ordered arrived damaged. The dresser is unusable. They offered a small discount, but forgot to mention that the discount made it so that I wouldn't receive the replacement part! Why would I want an unusable dresser that was 20% off? It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone (in fact, I'm trying to chat them about my order status and I've been waiting for an agent for 46 minutes+). I've had to do a support chat a couple of other times, and both times the agent dropped out midchat. I also emailed an inquiry for a replacement part and never heard back! I finally got them to process a replacement piece, and they forgot to mention it's on backorder. Unbelievable. Never again. The quality is fine, but certainly not buy-it-for-life.

The outside looks nice and sturdy (solid wood) but the drawers and hardware it slides on are very flimsy and feels cheaply constructed. I don't anticipate this dresser lasting long with daily use.

Cant belive how inexpensive this was for real wood! The quality is amazing and looks so modern and clean!

My 3 boys recently requested a ""big big room. "" So we went with the Classic style Pecan finish all around. Really happy with the look & quality. Minus one star because a finish marker wasn't included for tiny touch-ups.

Exactly how pictured! For our bedroom it fits perfect with how long but narrow it is, while still holding a lot of clothes. Took a while to put together but the instructions were easy. I put it together solo! Which is saying something. Looks like something I bought from West Elm but for a way better price.

The dresser was relatively straightforward to put together. The pictured instructions were very clear. The only issue with the instructions was that one step was omitted. That was to screw in the bottom support for each of the drawers. But it was pretty obvious, so not really an issue. Four stars because the pecan finish is ugly. I like to see the wood grain and some of its natural color variation. The pecan finish is an uninspired brown with only a little wood grain showing through.

Very high quality, beautiful, clean lines, and excellent customer service. It does take time to assemble , but it is not difficult if you follow the directions and have patience. The quality of the finished product is absolutely worth it. We purchased a bed frame as well, and the two pieces are beautiful together.

It was a gift for my Granddaughter and she loves it, she said it should last a long time as sturdy as it is!!!

Love the solid wood! My husband and I put this together in less than 45 minutes and it is beautiful!
