Q: I am left-handed and gel pens usually do not dry fast enough not to smear. Would this probably be the case here??

A: Thank you for your question. All gel ink pens tend to smear since they are water based ink which take longer to dry. However, FriXion is erasable so you can erase any unwanted ink marks from the page.

Smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen is amazing for some one like me who always makes mistakes in their writing but like using a pen instead of pencil, it glides on the page very smooth is very comfortable to write with it is so easy to use and as someone who has carpal tunnel some pens give me cramps after a long time so far I haven't had any problem with writing long with these pens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pens write very smoothly with no skipping. I love the comfort of the pen in my hand but will take some time to get use to not pushing the end of the pen down. To get the rollerblading exposed you have to push on the pocket clip on the pen. The colors were bold and bright. I love that they are refillable which is what I look for in pens now. Only time will tell how well they will hold up. So far so good, the ink is still going strong!

I wasn't sure how I would like an erasable pen but have found the Pilot FriXion pens to be very easy to use and handy ! They erase fully with repeated effort, and the ink glides on smoothly and looks very nice. As a teacher they have been handy in multiple applications. I can reuse attendance sheets at the end of the week after information has been recorded electronically, don't use up the little notepad sheets in my planners, can jot quick notes, and even shopping lists. I can make connotation then erase. So many uses! The ink hasn't smudged, and goes on bold and clear. The pen is comfortable to hold as well. There is no cap, just an easy to use clicker. I will be purchasing a pack of these in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE writing with this pen, but don’t care to erase with it. You have to really press down hard and scrub to erase properly. And it leaves a bad imprint on the paper afterwards. The quality of the pen seems great, though. Very sturdy and sharp.

These FriXion Synergy pens from Pilot FriXion are an amazing addition! The pens themselves are comfortable and easy to use. The fine point makes writing smooth and effortless. The ink distribution is wonderful. But what I love the most is the eraser. Finding a good quality erasable pen is very difficult. These worked beautifully! No matter if I was using the blue, black, or red pen from my three pack, the erasure removed my writing very well with no smudging or breaking of the paper. I was amazed! You can slightly see ghosting where the pen marks were that were erased, but for an erasable pen, these are fantastic. They’re super easy to erase and don’t require much work.
