  • A: No. I bought it headed out the door on a trip and it comes with a USB A charger. Useless. I have a base at home but it’s useless if I’m not there. Now I have to scrounge up a USB-A charger or buy an ac adapter. Not happy.

It is made of 250.000 micro-tech beads per square centimeter, the coating provides smoother gliding on skin by 30%* for better skin protection. This new coating uses silicone iso glass beads. Silicone is known for its flexibility. It has less friction than glass. Silicon beads "float" on the surface, they go to the surface vs glass beads that tend to “sink”.

    Not a close or complete shave for a woman.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not really thrilled with the performance I’m getting. I’m a 63 year old woman trying to keep facial and neck hair growth at bay. My husband suggested I buy this so I don’t have to spend money on microdermabrasions. (The little razors you buy to do it yourself don’t work and cause nicks.) So I’m trying it without a lot of luck. It doesn’t get the fine hairs, only the darker ones, and still misses them.i think this is made for men’s stiffer whiskers. A lady’s version that would work would be nice. Other ladies’ versions I’ve tried haven’t worked well. We need help!

    Really disappointed

    I can't say as I never received the correct shaver. I had it delivered same day and the box was opened and someone had put a cheap, generic shaver in its place that looked similar. The "fix-it" option does not seem to work and it doesn't so what store it came from so I can start the return process. My dad is in hospital out of state and didn't bring his razor, which is why I ordered it same day. I'm really frustrated at this entire situation.

    Best Electric Shaver

    I had a Braun. I didn’t really like it. I bought this one yesterday and it is the best. I used it last night and it gave me a close shave. As close as a razor without the knicks or bumps. Still must use after shave but I am happy with my purchase.

    Best one I've ever owned.

With my old shaver, I could use it during the week, but by Sunday I had to use my straight razor to clean up leftover beard. This shaver I can use all week long with a clean smooth shave.

    Watch out for battery charge level.

The battery lasted 30 1/2 shaves. You can’t plug it in to finish the job. Several hours later I finished shaving.

    Takes a long time

    Takes 6 passes over same area so takes forever to shave. I have soft beard. Upper lip especially difficult. 4 months. Watched technique videos.

    Great razor for older men.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a razor for over 60 years. Having used the 7000 for about 4 weeks, the shave is approaching a blade shave. As I approach 80, my hands are as steady as they used to be. With the 7000, possibilities of nicks is gone. It is a truly well designed razor being simple to use and clean.

    Getting better each decade

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Norelco shavers since I was 16. Just turned 79. This model is great. Shaves very clean and does not hurt skin. Integrated pop up trimmer works great. Battery gives about 2 weeks of shaves. Cleaning is the easiest yet. Love it.

I decided to purchase a 7000 series and it is a game changer. A great product and series. I highly recommend the 7000 as a maintenance type shaver unless you want something fancier.
