Wont open after dog played with it

Just got it today. Dogs loved it and chewed on it a bit, now it won’t open. We’ve tried everything to get it open and it won’t budge. Waste of money unfortunately

My dog's bestest toy!

My dog absolutely loves this! I saw a video of a dog playing with one and the dog was going nuts over it and I thought I would get it for my dog since she loves to play with balls. However she really does! It does make a lot of noise if you have hardwood floors because it is a very hard ball. But it gives her a lot of entertainment.

Not durable.

This was not durable at all. Had to throw away after 2 days. Could not open to charge once the dog had chewed on it. Would not recommend.
