Item was damaged

This item was mailed to me US Postal Service. The postal clerk threw it out in front of my mailbox in the rain and the package was damaged. This makes the second time that this postal clerk has thrown in a package out near our narrow road. It punctured a small hole in it and it begin to run like a hole in pantyhose. We will see what the company does. I did not have it completely out of the wrapper. I am highly disappointed that I did not get to use your item to see if it was a goodbye, or my dog liked it, or anything else. please do not send stuff to Atlanta, Georgia area USPS. The clerks will not get out of their vehicles if the package is too big for the mail box.

Works great

The day this arrived it was hot, and I ripped it open because me and the dog were hanging outside. It took a little work to get him on it. First I had to lay on it myself and I definitely could tell the cooling was working. I didn't want to get up, but did and my dog loved it once he realized what it did.
