Named one of the Top 10 People Analytics Influencers Outside the United States, she has led senior roles at organisations including EY and Aon Hewitt, where she built high-performing teams across APAC and Europe. She speaks and writes regularly on the practical application of HR technologies and the future of work. She also serves on the advisory board of the MSc Human-Centric Management and People Analytics at University College London (UCL).
