I ordered this item on 12/20 for $104.77 and I had an additional coupon making my final total $79.89. An amazing price! I went today to check my tracking since I hadn’t received the item, and I saw my order had been cancelled without any notice to me. No email or text was sent to let me know it had been canceled. I spent approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes on the phone with no resolution unless I want to pay the new price of over $400. I want to know how they can sell an item right before Christmas, that people are obviously ordering as a gift, and then force them to pay $300+ more if they want to receive the gift they already ordered. Sounds like a lawsuit to me and a way to scam desperate people out of another $300. Gross move Target. And your “senior representatives” are horrible. Terrible business model all the way around.

Very disappointed in the false advertisement for this item. I ordered as a gift for my son who would have loved it and would have received it just in time for Christmas and due to "technical issues" my order was canceled. What's even more disappointing is that it is still available for purchase but at a higher price! Sad to see many other had the same issue!

Ordered for Christmas and my order was cancelled- no communication was made to me and the price listed was no honored

Had purchased this item for my nephew. Everyone in the family was so excited for this to arrive and give to him for Christmas. Totally out of the blue Target cancels the order (and apparently everyone else who ordered this item). I tried chatting with 2 different customer service agents. The first ended the chat without allowing me to respond. The second said there was nothing they could do to help. I asked for a supervisor but they refused. Wouldn’t do a single thing for me. Tried reaching out on social media…received a response looking for my order number and name. I provided almost immediately, but they haven’t responded in over 24 hours. So many disappointed people over this situation. Very poor handling on Targets part, especially when they’re handing out $20 gift cards like candy to everyone because of a system error last week.

I ordered this when it was advertised as being on sale and just found out that target cancelled it. I called and talked to live agents and there wasn’t anything they could do and one of them was very rude and ended our chat abruptly. Very disappointed in the customer service and handling of this situation as I am an avid Target shopper. Now my kids will not have this for Christmas, I was so looking forward to this.

Cancelled item???

I purchased this for Christmas and then it was cancelled as you can see from the last few reviews. I am very upset, it was going to be a special gift for my 3 year old son. To add insult to injury, when i called customer service she told me that i needed to speak to a special department who told me Target made a mistake and wouldn't do anything about it. Just very sad.

Target is deceitful and falsely advertises. Advertised this item for a discounted price, cancels the order and would not make their mistake right. Also now reading other reviews, this item seems very cheaply made. Save your money and support another company by purchasing elsewhere

Bought this on sale and they canceled. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow and now a little boy won’t be getting it for Christmas. Absolutely disgusting. I can't review item because target cancelled the order before I got it,, when I tried to reorder it won't let me get it for the same price,, the price I ordered it was on your website all day on sunday,, but yet you cancelled, NOT a happy customer!

Just as many others are stating, purchased as a gift while it was on sale then it was cancelled. Followed up with customer service which was a complete waste of time. They tried to charge me even more than the original AND the second sale price combined. I used to love Target over anywhere else, but the way I was treated completely changed my mind on where I will shop from now on. Buyer beware of pricing scams and “technical issues.” Thanks for saving me the money not only now, but in the future at your stores, Target Customer Service!

I ordered an item that Target had listed on sale, and more than 24 hours later my order was canceled due to a vague “technical issue.” I received no notifications or emails at all—I only found out because I happened to check the app myself. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated promptly. Canceling an order a day later with no notice is frustrating and wastes customers’ time. Very disappointing experience.
