    Cute coop, will not buy later

    The chicken coop is super cute - looks exactly like the photo and extremely easy to put together. It took no time at all and was easier than any piece of furniture I have ever assembled. That being said - it is way smaller than I was expecting and that was a bit of a disappointment. I’m hoping it won’t be too small when my chickens are full grown. We will see. I wouldn’t keep more than two chickens in here. Maybe 3 of the mini breeds. The tray is easy to clean, but the rest is a bit hard to scrub chicken poop off of. I’m not sure how I feel about the bottom of the lay box yet. It has slats and I worry about it being a way for a predator or even a snake to get through. So I am going to most likely - figure out a way to fix that. All in all - I don’t think it was worth the price. I would probably go for a different brand if I ever get another. It also came slightly damaged.

    Cute little coop

    We loved putting our coop together. It was easy. We did study the instructions first and followed the numbers on each part. The insulation can be improved. The roof top can definitely be different. Without caulking or glue it comes off and will definitely leak. I don’t think it will last, but for a starter is ok. It was delivered within 24 hours.

    Went together easily with 2 people but was doable for 1. We put it together in the house minus the roof and it held together beautifully walking it out to the run. Now, this is the broody coop INSIDE of my main run. If you're going to use this as your only coop/run definitely want to reinforce it with some more durable fencing. I would not call this "predator-proof." I'm also adding some material to the top and the 2 sides of the run to help protect from wind and weather as I live next to a gusty farm field and live in MI. Overall very pleased with this purchase for the price.

    My duck loves it!

    I was able to assemble it myself in an hour or so. I did not have any problems with wood cracking, though I screwed everything in by hand. The coop is cute, but it is on the small side. It will be perfect for my one mallard duck. I am keeping the coop inside a building that is predator-proof at night and he forages during the day.

    I purchased this for my two ducks .It's super cute very easy to assemble myself and my son were able to put it together barely looking at the directions. It's fine for two ducks and it's sturdy and will protect them.

    This worked great for what I needed.

    I needed a very small low coop for a new mama hen and 5 chicks. I had to separate 2 broody hens with a total of 14 chicks. So this was perfect for my need. It is in an enclosed run, so I wasnt worried about predators. You would have to do very heavy modifications to make it so. But for a seclusion coop, this is a perfect solution.

    Wonderful attractive chicken house

    I have never had chickens before, so this is not an expert review, but I still have an opinion. We bought this house to hold 2 other chickens. The house looks great, it is adorable, and it is a great size for 2 chickens. The nesting box and sleeping area could definitely accommodate more chickens also, but the run seems small for more than 2 if you are not letting the chickens free roam during the day.

    Not happy

    I knew this was a coop that survive a bear or a mountain lion or probably any other predator. I was using this inside a very secure coop to separate mama and chicks. This is so wimpy. Probably fine for what I need if I could actually figure out the directions that would be great. Most was easy except for roof assembly. The fact that the screws are way too short and wimpy could be part of the problem. There are no videos to show how to assemble the roof. Between the lame instructions, lack of quality, and frustration. I would not recommend this coop.

All parts included, It's a little smaller than it appeared (I didn't really check the dimensions b4 purchase) but it's fine for two ducks and it's sturdy and will protect them. Overall the price and product get a 5 only thing one of the doors has a scuff I'm the wood probably from shipping but it's a duck coop, I'm not putting it in my formal living room.
