    Disappointed

    Save yourself the headache and buy a better cage. Putting it together was a hassle. None of the parts are labeled and the locking mechanism is horrible. It came missing pieces but I was able to make it work thankfully. I contacted target about the cage and was told it was sold by a third party so I would have to return the cage because they do not offer replacement pieces. I unfortunately wasn’t able to return due to the fact I bought a ferret and needed the cage asap.

    Save yourself a headache, dont buy

    Would not recommend for rat owners. My girls have slipped their cage and I’m spending more money trying to fix and reinforce it. I was also sent the wrong part for the top of the cage. It does not fit correctly. If you have an issue like me you won’t find out until you unpack the whole massive box and when you try to request a singular piece you cannot, you have to return the whole thing. It seems like bang for your buck but I massively regret wasting money on this. For anyone curious the bar spacing is 1 inch. Enough for a young rat to put their head through and escape, mine have several times ☹️

    Not for Chinchillas

    DONT BUY FOR CHINCHILLAS!!! For any other pet it’s fine but chinchillas cannot get wet so if they pee on the floor they may get wet and mold and die.
