Blow away
I was not expecting this brush to perform as well as it did. Paired with a good conditioner, this brush melt tangles away with limited breakage/shedding. Literally cut my wash day time in half.

You'll loose more hair than it's worth
I have 3C hair and I will say my hair turns out phenomenal at the end...But it is extremely painful to use and you end up loosing a ton more hair than normal. Hair can be soaking wet, covered in product and finger combed out beforehand and it won't make a difference. Not really worth the investment, the pain and the doubled time it takes to do my hair.

NOT a shower brush for thick 4 type hair
I gave this brush 4 stars after using it in the shower. This is not a detangler. It is a SMOOTHING brush for 4 type hair that works wonderfully post- wash. It smooths the hair wonderfully, but will rip it out if you try to detangle with it. I'll stick with the unbrush in the shower, and use this brush with the blow dryer.

I bought this brush when they first came out and love it but the material of the brush is stick all over I tried cleaning it think it was hair product but just the coating on the brush coming off I guess

Overpriced
I personally love PATTERN products, but this product is not comparable to their other products. In my opinion I personally think this was not the best product from PATTERN, personally I would not recommend this but I would recommend their other products.
