Good solution to acne, packaging could use work
This stuff works incredibly well for me, however air gets in the bottle and it spits out a massive amount which leads to some unfortunate product waste. I think with a different bottle this would be even better, overall though this did work to clear up my acne. (Just got to be careful because it’ll bleach everything it gets on like towels, that’s just the nature of this product though, and true for anything similar).

Very good fighting acne with a warning
2 things you should know before using: 1. It works very well against acne, especially the nasty big cyst pimples. I used it on 4 cysts pimples on my scalp which got better in 2-3 days. No. 2: do not use on forehead, nose or anywhere near the eyes. Test patch first. There is a moderate/severe allergy reaction of burns and eyelid swelling. I used it on another pimple between my eyebrows in the shower. Just the cream being washed and briefly touched my face and I woke up with 1 eyelid swollen shut, my nose bridge swollen, cheeks swollen and slightly burned on my upper lip. The allergy reaction will last for days even after stop using it. If you have no choice but to use this ingredient, use it on your back, not on the face. It is very strong. Or go lower in % instead of 10% that this cream offer. When it works without allergy reactions, it works very well. I saw the difference right after first or 2nd use on my scalp pimples. It did make a difference for the pimple between my brows but I had to stop as soon as my face was swollen. Seek immediate medical care or call 911 if your throat or tongue starts to swell up from this cream. It's been 2 days since my eyelids were swollen. I saw a doctor, and without using steroids, the swelling is mostly gone on my face. Be careful using this strong product. You can also use salicylic acid as a safer alternative (do not use at the same time, and also test patch it for allergies first).

Purchased this based on other good reviews. I didn’t use it often as I alternated between another facial wash. So it took me two months and two $300 doctor visits to figure out I was allergic. Helps acne actually disappear
I was recommended this by my dermatologist for hormonal acne on my chest and shoulders. It actually works - I use it daily on breakouts for at least a few days until the acne is basically gone, and doesn't dry out my skin. However I did have to switch to white towels since the active ingredient will bleach your colored towels over time even after rinsing off. The small size lasts a surprisingly long time since you only need a small amount.
