Not great for reliability

As other reviews have stated, these break frequently. We have three. One had the speaker/ringer speaker stop working. Another had the phone speaker go out. We had spares laying around we made work and installed. The phone clips break a LOT as well. Had to buy a replacement clip for each one. Those replacements broke as well. They are just super brittle. We've had to super glue them to the phone and then super glue the clip portion as well. Still keep snapping in different locations.

Do not buy

We've used panasonic phones in our office before and never had an issue. This model is the worst. Readability is very low. A lot of the features are clumsy and result in dropped calls. Not very good for a professional setting.

HORRIBLE HANDSET

THEY BREAK. HAVE RECEIVED 4 AND ALL HAVE BROKEN WITHIN 2 YEARS. THE MOST RECENT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD
