Color is not accurate, rug is rough and itchy, came with lots of pulls in thread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this rug after weeks of searching for the perfect one. The color is way more dull than is represented on the website and looks very dingy, like it’s already dirty. It’s also not plush or soft at all but very rough. There were quite a few areas where the thread was coming out but you had to look very closely. For the price I paid, I was pretty disappointed but the return fee was 1/4 of the cost of the rug so I’m stuck with it.
