We’d like to clarify that there are two types of shellfish: Crustacean Shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster) are called out on the contains statement, while Mollusk Shellfish (clams, mussels, oysters, scallops) appear only in the ingredient list. In the US, Mollusk Shellfish is not considered a major allergen, so it’s not required in the contains statement. Since wheat is a major food allergen, if it is used in the product it will be listed in the "contains" statement following the ingredients list. If any ingredient in the product includes rye or barley, it will be listed in parentheses immediately following the ingredient. If our product has a gluten-free claim, you can be assured that our product meets the FDA regulation published in 2013 regarding gluten-free claims. We ensure compliance with this regulation, which requires that any product making a gluten-free claim contains less than 20 ppm of gluten. Since our product brands are constantly growing and changing we do not have a gluten-free product list. As you can imagine, it is difficult to keep an accurate list. Nothing remotely close to what they serve on the restaurant
We bought this for a quick meal for my kids since they love the chicken lo mein in the PF Chang restaurant and we don’t have one in our community, Oh boy it was nothing like it! It was overly saucy, with very little meat and the sauce that came with it was so strong and overpowering with soy sauce. Stick to the restaurant and skip this meal.

Absolutely inedible!
How on earth can anyone like this stuff? It's the worst frozen Chinese food I've ever had. This is my first time eating PF Chang anything and it will be my last. I unfortunately bought three of their products. This was nothing but soggy noodles soaked in sauce. The sauce comes pre-added so you don't have any choice over how much. That's a really bad decision. And the "vegetables" were almost nonexistent and you could scarcely see them through the sauce. The only thing that saved it was that I put fresh pea pods and broccoli in it. And that's all my husband ate. He just picked that and a few pieces of chicken out of it and left the rest. I also tried the veggie eggrolls which were equally dreadful. A really hard, thick outer crust and the vegetables inside were mush. I'm not holding out my child for the beef broccoli I also got.

Just like what I make at HuHot
First off, tasted the sauce, very good but what I did to This To make it to the next level. Put oil in my wok then fried three eggs set aside then put a bit more oil and sautéed onions, then garlic, thru in the package of Lomein and half package of ramen noodles and 11/2 tsp of toasted sesame oil, hand full of frozen peas, half package of fake crab pieces covered for 5 minutes took lid off added the eggs tossed everything for about 5 minutes on a 375* wok setting, plated and added sweet chili sauce on top…….omg!! Sooooo goood, yes changed the recipe but it still was the base of it all, and I did add a bit more water at the end when almost done just to moisten it up a little more.

Awful
This is THE WORST lo mein I’ve ever had. While heating it up, I was anticipating a very flavorful dish from how rich it looked. The taste is awful… some strange bitterness to it and the tastes nothing like lo mein… authentic or Americanized. Do yourself a favor and skip over this.
