Owala FreeSip Sway Stainless Water Bottle

Bought this for my spouse and he loved it. Fits perfectly in his car cup holders.

If I could give one star, I would. I got this water bottle 4 months ago at Target and thought it would be my new favorite. Things were good for about a month until the button popped off. At first I put it back on, but it continued to pop off. I thought it was beacuse of my dishwasher but the advertising said it was dishwasher safe, so either the dishwasher was not the reason or the company gave false advertising. The other day the button popped off, AGAIN, and I put it back on like usual. However, each time I tried to open my water bottle the button would pop right back off. I tried to open the lid once more, and the button came off and the spring was lost. So now it is impossible for me to put it back together. This is the first time that I have had a owala and I cannot believe that the water bottle lasted only a third of one year!! I bought a cheaper off brand owala and I can't believe the quality difference. The off brand is better than the original! A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!! The last time I will ever put money towards an owala! I am really dissapointed because I expected better durability from such a popular brand. I would appreciate if customer support could reach out, as I would still like to give the brand another chance if this defective water bottle can be replaced.

I was really disappointed I thought my tumbler would be powder blue but it came white and grey definitely do not recommend the shy marshmallow color!

This was a Christmas present for my 16 yo son. He is a germaphobe and is also very picky about his water bottles. This is the most used by him and highest rated water bottle he's ever had. (I have the same in the holiday green and it is hands-down my favorite water bottle) THIS SIZE FITS IN CUP HOLDERS. I say this in caps since most Owala bottles do not. Hope this proves helpful to someone else.

love my bottle grateful it came unscathed surprisingly considering there nothing in there to protect it from shipping, I ordered it with a pencil sharpener and both were thrown im haphazardly. Do better target.

This was purchased on a road trip for my 20yr old daughter. she has many Owalas and loves them all but she now has a new favorite. the Handel made it easy to carry & she was ecstatic that it fit in the cup holder. We will return & buy more colors.

Bought this for my husband, he said he liked it so much that it doubled his water intake.

Target shipping is notoriously poor with tumblers. It’s a roll of the dice if you’re going to get something in its manufacture box untouched or just thrown into a box that is too large with zero protection so it gets scratched up.

Love this bottle. Keeps water nice cold all day. Love the roomy handle. Even though it’s big, it fits nicely in my cup holder.

Water doesn’t stay cold. Stick to Stanley.

I was sent the wrong color and it had a reduced price sticker on the bottom, but I was charged full price.

I have another Owala water bottle. I bought this one so it could fit in cup holders. The water bottle is fabulous - the straw feature, closed straw capability, locking mechanism, etc. is wonderful. My biggest issue is that I picked out the Marshmallow colored one as it looks powder blue online. It is strictly white and grey in person. Its just simply not as described aesthetically due to their selected photos. Great water bottle, but I've now got to go back and return it and exchange it which is annoying as an online ordering customer. Bummed that it was misrepresented.

I have many Owala bottles and this one has chipped and dented within two days of receiving it and it has not been dropped or washed in the dishwasher.
