came in perfect condition I now have 3, a water bottle, a back up water bottle, and one for my lotus drinks.

Was broken when I received it and dented I was ok with the dent because it's. Like whatever so I washed it filled it old wouldn't close that's when I noticed it was cracked so disappointed

I never received my bottle on time from target. I had met day delivery as I am leaving for a long time and it is only being delivered in 5 days. It is unacceptable to charge somebody and not allow one to cancel the order and be refunded.

It was absolutely my favorite water bottle I’ve EVER had!! Until the locking mechanism just completely stopped working and completely flooded a bag of mine. Following the lock not working the button popped off and the spring is gone now. I was extremely happy with it until this happened! And I can’t get a replacement lid in any color other than black or white. Extremely frustrating.

Unlike other Owala bottles I've owned, this one leaks through the cover. When the free sip lid is closed, you'd best be careful not to tip it over when there is liquid inside... disappointed!

If I could give one star, I would. I got this water bottle 4 months ago at Target and thought it would be my new favorite. Things were good for about a month until the button popped off. At first I put it back on, but it continued to pop off. I thought it was beacuse of my dishwasher but the advertising said it was dishwasher safe, so either the dishwasher was not the reason or the company gave false advertising. The other day the button popped off, AGAIN, and I put it back on like usual. However, each time I tried to open my water bottle the button would pop right back off. I tried to open the lid once more, and the button came off and the spring was lost. So now it is impossible for me to put it back together. This is the first time that I have had a owala and I cannot believe that the water bottle lasted only a third of one year!! I bought a cheaper off brand owala and I can't believe the quality difference. The off brand is better than the original! A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!! The last time I will ever put money towards an owala! I am really dissapointed because I expected better durability from such a popular brand. I would appreciate if customer support could reach out, as I would still like to give the brand another chance if this defective water bottle can be replaced.

I was really disappointed I thought my tumbler would be powder blue but it came white and grey definitely do not recommend the shy marshmallow color!

This was a Christmas present for my 16 yo son. He is a germaphobe and is also very picky about his water bottles. This is the most used by him and highest rated water bottle he's ever had. (I have the same in the holiday green and it is hands-down my favorite water bottle) THIS SIZE FITS IN CUP HOLDERS. I say this in caps since most Owala bottles do not. Hope this proves helpful to someone else.

love my bottle grateful it came unscathed surprisingly considering there nothing in there to protect it from shipping, I ordered it with a pencil sharpener and both were thrown im haphazardly. Do better target.

This was purchased on a road trip for my 20yr old daughter. she has many Owalas and loves them all but she now has a new favorite. the Handel made it easy to carry & she was ecstatic that it fit in the cup holder. We will return & buy more colors.

Target shipping is notoriously poor with tumblers. It’s a roll of the dice if you’re going to get something in its manufacture box untouched or just thrown into a box that is too large with zero protection so it gets scratched up.

Love this bottle. Keeps water nice cold all day. Love the roomy handle. Even though it’s big, it fits nicely in my cup holder.

Water doesn’t stay cold. Stick to Stanley.
