I thought it’d be a standard Owala with a Diet Coke design. While I typically love my Owala bottles, the coating on this is super easy to scratch and it dented after one use in the sink. It’s extra slippery to hold too. All of these reviews are related to the shipping, not the actual cup.

Extremely disappointed
Like many others I ordered this right at 3am on drop day. Set an alarm, had an approved order, and it was still showing availability after my order was approved. I responded to every delay email immediately and I was prepared to wait until after Christmas. But it was canceled with no more than a “it’s a know issue in processing the order. Maybe wait for a restock. Here’s $5.” There are not targets close to where I live so I had no option but to order online. Very terrible customer service.

Terrible Customer Experience- DO BETTER
I ordered this immediately once it was released. Placed the order with no problems (no indication it was out of stock). 2 weeks later got an email that it was on back order and would be shipped closer to Christmas. No biggie, I approved that as soon as I got the notification. Went back in today (1 week after approving the delayed shipping) to see that my order had been cancelled. Extremely disappointed as this was a Christmas gift AND I didn't get any communication that it was cancelled! Completely unacceptable from a customer standpoint. Why ask for approval for delayed shipping to immediately turn around and cancel the order with no warning? I was prepared to be patient, even if it came late!

So Disappointed
So upsetting! I ordered this for a Christmas gift 1 minute after they went live online. I approved all of the delayed delivery notices and then opened my app today to see that it was cancelled with no notice! Extremely disappointing!
