I picked this up and brought it home before taking it out of the bag. Turns out the bottle has a dent right under the Owala. They should’ve damaged the item & declined the order. Poor job Target in Pinellas Park!

Purchase the 24 ounce in the color bubble gum burst, only four days ago. It keeps things cold, but the paint is already flaking off of the outside. I’m just glad that I was purchasing it to try out before investing in other products and that this item was not a gift.

Horrible! Leaks right away and Owala was very difficult to deal with. Even though they have a gurantee, watch out because they make it very difficult to get it fixed. Finally gave up and returned it to Target.

Too difficult to clean
There’s way too many pieces, making it difficult to clean. Mold also develops constantly inside the mouth of the bottle, despite cleaning every other day.

Mold growing
I’ve used the bottle for a few months. The cap has a plastic piece in it that spins that appears to be snap fit into another part. Mold is already starting to grow in the cap and come out of this separation. Picture is after I scrubbed the cap for a few minutes.
