Dented Delivery
The item was literally JUST delivered. I heard it slam against my deck as the Target local delivery driver threw the package onto my porch. The Owala did not come wrapped in any protective coverings to prevent it from denting. Naturally, there is a huge dent along the bottom. You would think Target would wrap up something prone to denting in some bubble wrap...or at least deliver it in a box. Nope. The bottle was shipped in a paper thin plastic mail wraper. I'm usually not one to complain but this is the 3rd subpar Target delivery this month. So over Target.

I love Owala water bottle but the colors on this product do not match what is listed. It looks like a lavender bottle but it’s pale pink and light brown top. On other websites, the “cake pop” is accurately described and pictured.

Love Owala only giving 4 stars because the color looks really different in person. If you’re aiming for a light purple cup this is not for you. The lid is more brownish and the cup is more pink. Still a beautiful color in my opinion.

Inaccurate color in product images
I have mixed feelings on this. The images on the item are not accurate - the bottle looks light purple in the images but the bottle that arrived was light pink. Fortunately I still liked the color and I grew to be ok with it, but I was super disappointed when it first arrived.
