Durable, well-made, and fun

It's pretty funny, just a little louder than people give it

have to say that this mini hoop is fairly simple (if slightly fiddly) to set up, and overall it's fun to play with. It can be attached directly to any door in your home, making it easy to play anywhere. My only complaint about this hoop, and one that many reviews mention, is the noise. The hoop tends to shake violently if the ball hits it from far away. Also, depending on the type of flooring in your home and where it is placed, the foam ball can be quite loud. So, it would only be considered "quiet" if you're the only one playing in your home, or if you only shoot against the net every time. Other than that, it's a highly entertaining product that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to get some indoor activity going.

This basketball hoop is easy to assemble and has a simple look. It comes with a pump and a basketball. The basketball is like a mini version of a real basketball, with weight and texture. It is suitable for teenagers and toddlers. For a 3-year-old, it is a better fit than a bulky toddler basketball hoop. He loves it, and so do his older brothers and sisters.

The rim and mounting hardware are great - solid steel - but they are bolted to the plastic backboard, and that's still the weak link. It worked for a while - much better than those cheap ones that break right away. Pros: Perfect size for a basement or indoor playground. Another plus - the ball it comes with is great for indoor use! Much better than those sometimes unbalanced flimsy rubber balls that come with some basketballs. This feels more like a real mini basketball, and shooting and dribbling are great (even on carpet). Cons: My 9 year old loved this for a while, but after a few gentle dunks, it became clear that you need to handle it gently or it will break. The plastic started to crack where the metal mountings end, and eventually, the whole backboard cracked. On the hunt for something more durable...
