No chair is worth this assembly

I haven't even used it yet and I felt compelled to warn any prospective buyers. This chair could last a century and cost a quarter as much and it still wouldn't be worth it. The directions are terrible, the included tools are worthless, the packaging doesn't help and I'd go into more detail but I've already wasted too much of my life on this thing.

Comfortable but rusted

Seats are comfortable and the rocking mechanism is smooth. The lower rails rusted in the rain on two of the four we purchased. Very disappointing being that they were almost $120 per chair.

Fair for the price

Directions are terrible, had to make sense out of everything on my own : ( The description said it handles up to 300 lb but it seems quite light for that so I'm not satisfied with the strength of the metal or the netting-type fabric, I expected better quality.

Glider

I love this chair! It's plenty wide and comfortable. Strong, should last a long time. Love gliding in it on my deck every morning with a cup of coffee!

hardware squeaks badly

chair squeaks during operation, LOUDLY. I suspect that the hardware ( nots and bolts selected to assemble the chair) forces metal to metal contact resulting in squeaking loud enough for my wife and son to complain and to make the chair annoying and frustrating to operate. the hardware chosen for a very similar chair previousy ordered and assembled, which was coated, results in flawless operation with no noise. numerous attempts to lubriate the hardware and one operation to install non-metalic washers, purchased separately, have not resolved this. I see little alternative but to return the chair, which is otherwise in perfect working order.
