Need to be gentle with it.
Just set it up for a test run in the backyard. Cot is good quality, study and easy to set up. I have a similar cot so wasn't a learning experience. Getting the tent on, I struggled a bit as it was the first time. It will be easy in the future. The tent itself is very lightweight as are the zippers. If you are gentle it won't be an issue, I could see this ripping if you are rough with it. I live southern Az, so cold, rain and strong winds aren't an issue where I camp.

Need to field test it
So far so good. Easy to assemble although instructions are too small and not detailed enough. Will not rate further as being in the backyard or house is one thing, but outdoors in the winter with rain or sleet is another. Want to see how it performs in adverse conditions.

Best value for the money
I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday yesterday. This morning as I was getting ready for work, curiosity got the better of me so I unboxed it and set it up in the living room in about 20 minutes. It is adorable. Everything is better quality than I expected for the money. It looked so cozy when it was set up that I wanted to crawl in it and not go to work today. We can't wait to use it for camping. UPDATE: I spent two nights sleeping in it and I like how the air bed, sheet, and sleeping bag are secured so they don't move around when you turn over...very comfortable. Also the cot has no cross bars to sleep on...big plus.

Nice for first time camper.
I am not a camper. I bought this knowing this would be my only camping trip. I slept comfortably. Easy set up and take down. I bought another sleeping though, the one included is not the best. Although the real campers that i went with laughed when i made the purchase, they agreed it was a good purchase when they saw it in action. I might go camping again.

Love it. It is a good buy.
It is a great cot tent. The only problem I have, it was very hard to put together of the tent. When I got the tent put up, I put yellow duck tape where the poles would go. IT IS WATER PROOF. You need to have everything closed up. Where the tent meets the cot, tape the two ends with tape, rain won't get on the cot.
