Beautiful set

Very nice set, good quality, arrived quickly. Very well packed. Putting together is a bit of a chore. Took about 6 total hours to put together including unpacking. If you have an Allen reach bit for a drill much quicker. We had to contact customer service because we individual packages did not have hardware they were all in a box marked master, but it was very difficult to find that box. Furniture connectors aren¡¯t described and again had to contact customer service. They sent pictures which helped. The connectors do work but are very hard to get on. We are enjoying it very much. Customer service is VERY responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Just get it!

If you¡¯re apprehensive about getting this set, just get it! We put it outside our upstairs deck and it fit perfectly. It¡¯s a beautiful set and I love how we can connect the furniture in many different ways.

You won't be disappointed

I took a long time deciding which set to order. I decided on this one because of the color and I love the grey wicker base. It's very comfortable and sturdy and better than I expected. The cushions are thick enough and high enough and it is so comfortable!

Highly recommend!

Overall, 5-stars! The cushions are firm and will last outdoors longer.? We are very pleasant we bought these to use even as living room furniture while we renovate our home and everything is in storage.

Totally love this set!

I was a bit nervous purchasing patio furniture without seeing it in person, but I am glad I took the leap! It's just as nice as in the photos online. I finally have a patio that I am proud to have company over. Really nice fabric on the cushions and the color of the woven rattan is beautiful.

Although I love the size of my set Im disappointed in the cushion thickness and the level of comfort. The description shows 4" but my measurements are 3" and I wish I had thicker cushions so I could sit longer.

Really really nice furniture

Putting it together was a bit of a challenge. Instructions should tell you that you need to do the "hooks" first. We put together and then had to take apart and start over. There was no mention of the "hooks" in the instruction pamphlet. Other than that we are very pleased with the quality and look of this set. It is beautiful.

Absolutely love this set

Absolutely love this set. It fit the area we had for it perfectly and the quality is decent for the price. The assembly is a bit time consuming but with a neighbors help we were able to assemble it all within a couple hours. Definitely would buy again. Very happy with the set. I attached a picture of our actual set. Hope it helps!

Beauty, Comfort and Affordable

I searched on many websites before purchasing this conversation piece. I wanted something sleek, modern and yet comfortable. Equally, I wanted something affordable with the luxury of having 9 seatings for a large crowd since I entertain quite often. I really appreciate the fact that the pillows all have zippers for easy removal and washing. The set up is to my taste and convenience, but certainly you can arrange it to your liking. All the pieces were included, and I had no difficulty assembling it. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and for the price you can't go wrong!

Great product

We ordered this set for our pool area. We are very happy with this set. Ease of Build: once you get the process down it's very easy to set up. Expect to spend a few hours building it. It's a handful of screws per panel. No tricks or wizardry needed. Comfort: The cushions are thin, however they are very comfortable. Looks: The set definitely looks really nice. Doesn't look cheap like other similar sets I've owned. Customer Service: I had a minor issue with one of the pieces. I got a very quick response from the company. They were very helpful which was a welcome experience based on other companies I've felt with. I would definitely buy this set again if needed. I 100% recommend this product!
