I bought the swing a year ago When I put it together, the frame is nice and sturdy ! I have to mention I’m the only one with 158 pounds using it recently when I sit down the whole seating ripped apart and I fell right through it luckily I didn’t get hurt ! Now the problem is to find a replacement for it ! Good luck.

Missing the hardware kit to put the swing together. We will see if customer service gets me the hardware kit or if I will be hauling the swing back to Target for a return. The cushion is poor quality. I would stay away and buy something better quality.

I use this as a means to keep my dog from eating the cats food and she seems to be just fine with it. Haven't really seen her crawl in the box, but she's a bit chonky so it could just a fact that I'll never see her do it. At least it solves the first problem

The product wobbled and was unstable, but only because the nuts were broken in the package I received. Had that not been the case, it would have been excellent! Such a shame. I contacted the seller who immediately refunded the charges for the product. Incredible service, I will be buying another one to replace the one that was faulty!

This wasn't too hard to assemble. A beautiful piece to put in my living room. The only drawback is the strong fumes it emits. Hence 4 stars. It is airing out and my cat won't go on it. He uses the scratching post though. I'm sure he'll love it once the smell is gone. It could take a while.

Very disappointed when we received our swing. When putting together, the swing had a rip in the corner of the top cover, which doesn't want to stay on now. No longer than we've had it, the seat part is sagging and the cushions are cheap.

I could not be happier with this purchase. I originally chose this particular cat tree/house because of the look and design and was praying my new kitten would like it and play with it. It exceeded my expectations. My kitten took to it right away. Slept in it, used the scratching posts, played with the little balls and gets a great view out the windows with it. I was a little nervous after reading some others¡¯ reviews that mentioned the odd smell. It¡¯s true that there is a chemical smell upon opening it but it doesn¡¯t take long to go away. And thankfully it never deterred my kitten from enjoying it. The price was also right with a major discount. Definitely recommend this one!

I built the swing by myself and it was fairly simple. The frame is sturdy and it seems like it will last, however, already, one of the cheap plastic fasteners for the awning adjustment has broken and part of the stitching for the white trim has come undone.

Easy to put together, comprehensive instructions, looks great ..... just need it to stop raining now so we can use it!

Ordered this for Mother's Day so Mom and Dad could sit on the front porch and enjoy their canyon views with their morning coffee. It arrived quickly and was well packaged, no damage to the box or any of its components. It was HEAVY but Mom said delivery guys were kind enough to bring it right up to their front porch. Mom loves it and is very happy!

Due to the weather the use of the garden swing has been limited, during the limited use we have been very pleased with our purchase, it is sturdy, stylish and very comfortable.

Love this. It looks so nice. Not like the usual bulky cat towers. BUT so far my cats have no interest in it. So I use it as a unique piece of furniture... until the kitties claim it.

There are no assembly instructions included in the package!! Please can you email them to me or post them on your website, as I have tried (unsuccessfully!) to find them online anywhere. Very disappointed that the package does not contain instructions...

My cats haven¡¯t used this much yet. I think they prefer the material cat trees but one of them has allergies so that¡¯s why we got this one. The condo keeps falling apart could do with having some screws to keep it together

- Easy to assemble, took 10-15 minutes.- Looks good in our living room. We chose this one and paid more money because all the others look ugly, this is a bit more stylish and fits our decor well so happy to pay more.- The rope is attached well to the poles and doesn't look like it will come off anytime soon.- The balls on the string atre attached with a staple so may come off a bit more easily but may be able to fix it with another staple if so. Happy with this and don't think Dave will rip it off but cats who are more playful may.- Love the removable washable fur cushions, handy to wash and feel secure. Makes cleaning this easier.- Each of the poles and perches are fitted tightly and secure but the whole thing has a slight wobble. This could be our floor I'm not sure. Dave still likes to use this and jumps onto the top perch so isn't phased by the wobble.- Would have liked the top perch slightly bigger, he can only just fit length wise when lying straight rather than curled up but not really an issue.- Slight plasticy smell for first few days but wears off. Still smells in the cubby hole 5 days after. We managed to tempt dave into it with chicken but he won't stay in there. I think its the smell and as this wears off he'll enjoy it more. Smell not offensive, just a new, factory smell which is only noticeable when up close to the tree.Overall really happy with this cat tree. Dave likes it and it looks good in our living room. Would recommend it. Only havent given 5 stars because of the wobble and the slight chemical smell but then the wobble may be our floor and the smell seems to be wearing off!
