    Poor customer service

    If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered for delivery date of by July 16th and here it is August 18th and no one can tell me the status of where this package is. Not will another shipment be sent out!

    Nice concept BUT........

    We bought this pop-up canopy in Grey for our patio, and while we love the portability factor, the reality is that this item does well in no more than 15-20 mph winds. This means that we are constantly taking the canopy off when the winds pick up. It is not as sturdy as it should be if one intends to keep it up for the entire summer. Additionally, the canopy material is also cheaply made, one hook and loop tore on initial set up as we were fasting it to the frame. Of note, the side panels are not weighted which would have given the tent a bit more stability. We doubt this pop-up canopy will even last through the season. The assembly went fast, about 1 hour as there were 3 of us, and one is an expert camper........

    Extremely INFERIOR product! Do NOT BUY!!!

    I purchased this for the 4th of July celebration, for obvious reasons. It¡¯s red, white and blue. That is the ONLY thing worthy on this product. This is now July 8, 2021 and as I was getting ready to take it down, it collapsed and broke in several pieces. VERY CHEAPLY MADE!!!!!!!!

    Tent doesn't hold up well.

    Left my tent up for 2 days after July 4. Had a rain storm night of July 6, come out July 7th to a destroyed tent. My Ozark trail tent (blue)which you can see in the background held up just fine. So it wasn't that bad. Just a poor quality product.

    I see post of people saying it didn¡¯t hold up. It isn¡¯t meant for staying up weeks. You also have to tie it down to make sure it don¡¯t go flying. It worked perfectly for our July 3 wedding. Have two up of these and 2 white party tents. All 4 stayed up and still up. 100% would buy again and have some many asking about them

    they are a super deal!

    For the price to rent vs the price we paid to purchase, they are a super deal! We used them for an outdoor funeral service, and they looked very nice. You do need four people to set up and take down. We attached three of them to make a very large space, and they were perfect.

    Real easy to set up.

    This is our second tent like this.? This one the metal seems stronger.? I did buy heavy duty steaks for it.? I used the ones that came with it on the poles themselves.? Two of us set it up it would be easier with four.? But two can do it.

    Carry bag Failure.

    The canopy seems to be great. We set this up before our camping trip next week so we new how to. Everything went up fine and cam back down easily. We put it back in the bag and when we zipped it the zipper came apart and is unrepairable. It was going good till this happened. It needs to be a metal zipper or a slightly larger bag to properly fit.

    Love this!

    I was hesitant on getting this tent but I was super happy wih the purchase. I bought it for a graduation party but we will use it for a lot of other things. It was super easy to set up and take down. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the screens are super easy to rip.

    Handy for outdoor gatherings

    Overall, this party tent will be a great solution for additional covered outdoor space in our yard for entertaining. The instructions for set up could be a little clearer (they are drawn and numbered but with no words) but they were ok to follow along. 2 people is sufficient for setup. We decided to set it up as soon as we received it to make sure everything was as it should be, including the screen walls. After playing a bit with it, we figured out the position of the velcro straps for the screen walls. When checking the zipper functionality for each panel, one was troublesome and it ended up pulling the bottom border and separating it from the screen about 2ft. We will duct tape it and it should be fine. However, you really need to be cautious with the zippers/screens. Definitely not heavy duty and wont take much to rip or tear. Take down was fairly simple! Other than the screen issues, its great and we look forward to our grad party and other events this summer!
