Frustrated with customer service

Really like the look of the pergola. We had to add a tension rod and curtain on one side to block sun while eating dinner. What was most frustrating was when my husband was putting this back up this spring, he was missing one plastic piece to keep a rod in place. Customer service would not help to replace it because I emailed one day after our one year warranty ended, and they currently can’t get one piece for customers. Absolutely frustrating, since we can’t install one rod now.

You get what you pay for

You definitely get what you pay for. While ours does the job, we had many issues with random little things breaking off or falling out. Overall it was quite the hassle for little pay off. If we had less issues with different pieces falling apart I would have liked this more.
