This is a really cheap rug and all plastic! The sun warms it up so fast and it gets so hot.

Patio Rug

The rug itself may have been OK, but it had small tears in the top because it was shipped in a filthy box that said it was a portable heater. The box was smaller than the rug, so the rug was sticking out of the top, held in with tape. I wouldn't expect a national retailer to use a second hand box from another item.
