Not the quality I expected
Within the first few minutes playing with this doll, all the hair started falling out. The hair gets very tangled and is hard to comb out without the hair just falling out. She also looks bald in the back of your put her hair up in any way like shown in the booklet. Pretty disappointed. The hair feels super soft, but just wasn’t the quality I expected based off the high reviews. The way the doll was in the box also left a lot of holes in the outfit even while being very careful to cut the doll out with scissors. This was our first our generation doll, so maybe I just had higher expectations than I should have had.

Hair hard to style n colored hair falls out
Would love ones for a handicapped child that could play with the small pieces. Hair keeps falling out..not cool for a child who has the hair pulling disease. Your packaging with elastics ruined some of her hair

Hi Chelsea - Thank you for your feedback. Here are some tips on haircare that you and your little one should find helpful: How To Brush OG Doll Hair: 1. For the best results, it is recommended to use a wire brush. 2. Divide the hair into small sections and gently brush them one at a time. Make sure to brush out the tangles starting from the bottom of the hair and then moving up. 3. Mist the hair lightly with water from a spray bottle if you are having a hard time detangling it. 4. If I have wavy hair, be very gentle when brushing the ends to help preserve the curls. 5. For tight curls, finger style the hair. Separate a small section of the hair and work your fingers through it, twirling as you go. 6. For braided styles, tightly braiding the hair while damp will help control frizzy ends. 7. Avoid using styling products like gel or mousse, as this may damage the hair. 8. Avoid using a blow dryer, hot rollers, curling or straightening iron on the hair. 9. Always keep the hair away from extreme heat.
