A: Hi Debg. There are 2 types of Our Generation dolls, posable and non-posable. While both types work with the chair and desk, the posable dolls have knees that can be bent for a tighter fit. The non-posable dolls will sit with their legs straight when the chair is pushed under the desk. The Battat Team

Cute concept, but lacks finesse
My daughter fell in love with OG products when she was 3, she’s 9. So we’ve had our fair share of OG products. For starters, the doll doesn’t sit properly on the chair. I have one leg angled to lean on the side of the desk to balance. So far it’s working. The desk is hard to maneuver. The instructions say to grab the hinges inward to open, that’s problematic because this is plastic and can break the product. It took me 4 hours to figure out how to properly close the desk. Is it aesthetically pleasing, yes. Does it fit an OG or AG or other 18inch doll comfortably, yes. Just an abundance of caution of the mechanics of opening the desk and the doll will slide off the chair if not positioned correctly. Otherwise it’s a cute concept for creating a teacher/blogger/influencer vibe for a doll.

Desk broke on day 2
We recieved this as a gift. My daughter is almost 7 and bery gentle on toys. This desk broke on day 2 . The hinge function is too complex . Would not recommend. The accessories are nice but for 33 dollars the quality is not there.

Fun playing school
My daughter loves the whole set! She said she has everything she needs for school. The little cactus lamp is adorable. The only issue is the chair is too small and the doll cannot sit in it unless propped against the desk.
