Buy in store rather than shipping!
I had to order this online since they were out of stock where I live. The doll showed straight hair, down. When she arrived, her hair was twisted in several bands. I took them out and her hair is a mess of kinks. It also looks greasy. Some strands are much longer than others. Than'ts an easier fix though. So overall, the quality is just ok. Cute doll though and I think my daughter will like her. Oh, and the box is pretty smashed in some places which is a bummer since it's a gift from Santa. I think these are best to buy in store if possible.

quality is expected for an AG knock off
had to use a hair straightener on low heat (140 degrees f) to get the kinks out, found the hair is cut horribly. so now I have to trim and clean it up. other than that the doll is great and my daughter loves brushing the hair
