A: Hi LoveOrganic. There is only the one battery compartment on the Country Cruisin RV. Please make sure to change the batteries with all new Brand Name alkaline batteries (in the correct polarity). Once changed, make sure that the switch is firmly in the ON/Play position for all of the functions to work. The Battat Team

A: Hi Molly. Please make sure to change the switch from the Try Me/Off mode to the Play mode for all the sounds and functions to work. The battery compartment and switch are on the inside of the truck near the brake pedal. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: I recently purchased this item. The windshield wipers do NOT work - no noise and no movement. The button is switched to "on" and not the "try me" option. There is no tape adhered to the van.

Not what i expected and to pay $178 is crazy for a dirty used toy
This item was dirty and scratch up with scuffs all over the camper and the papers were ripped and it was opened as if they gave me the store display and didn’t care to check the item before dropping it off I’m honestly disappointed because it looks so used they couldn’t even put it in a bad and they just left it on the dirty floor on wet Matt, it didn’t come in a box or anything

This has been used. The door is broken. Wipers are gone. Screws floating around inside. Scratches outside. I am so disgusted. Target should have looked at this before giving it to a customer. Poor service.

It doesn’t come in a box so all of them are scratched and damaged. I tried 3 different stores & returned them all for the same reason. All of the big products in the brand are not boxed.

arrived damaged, but stuck.
arrived damaged, scuffed up paint and scratches all over and dirty like someone has already played with it. I would exchange, but there are none left, so I will have to clean and repair, just a bummer for $160 bucks.

Not very sturdy, difficult to access interior.
Bought for my 6 yr old granddaughter. Wipers broke immediately. Not very sturdy, very difficult for even little hands to access the inside. Would not recommend.

We have 2 suggestions for the wipers: 1) Be sure that the switch by the battery compartment is set to "Play". 2) Be sure the batteries have power. If you haven't done this already, replace the batteries with new, brand name ones. With these two steps, your Cruiser should be ready to play with!
